Minimal Order
A 20-foot container, at least 75 pieces for each model to spread out the engineering and manufacturing tooling costs.

Within 25 days from the time we receive the deposit.

(1) 35% down payment, the remaining balance to be paid when B/L is issued. Or,
(2) Irrevocable L/C At Sight.

Assembled bicycles can be packed in two packages: SKD or CKD. Standard SKD carton box sizes are:
12 inch PVC tires: 66 x 15.5 x 30.5 cm
12 inch: 67 x 15.5 x 36 cm
16 inch: 86 x 15.5 x 41 cm
20 inch: 105 x 15 x 50 cm
24 inch: 123 x 18 x 65 cm
26 inch: 130 x 18 x 68 cm

CPSC, EN, ISO, CE Mark, and Lead Free Paint Requirements
All our bicycles are fully complied with US CPSC 16CFR 1512, US ASTM F963-07e1, European Union EN14766, ISO 8089, UN BS 6102, and Australia AS1927 standards.  We use lead free paint on our bikes.  Should customers choose to have CPSC, EN-71 or CE Mark certification, we will provide the specimen. The inspection and certification fees are to be paid by the customers.

Painting
All colors in YS Paint Catalog can be painted. CP (Chrome Paint), YS 8xxxx or YS 9xxxx color costs a little more to cover the higher material expenses.

Samples
Samples can be made upon request. Each sample requires $75 sample development fee in addition to its base price. The $75 will be refunded in full at the time order is placed.
